Field Study Coordinator

1. Applicant must be holder if at least Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSc.N) or MBchB
2. They must have of relevant experience on HIV/AIDS issues and Research
3. They must be computer proficient and show proof of good leadership, management and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of field staff including clinical staff
- Ensuring that appropriate data is collected and uploaded, leadership of field activities.
- Making monthly reports of project activities and expenses
- Ordering of supplies and ensuring appropriate custody
- Ensuring study vehicle is in working condition and overseeing its use
- Supervision of all field staff
- Liaising with relevant offices of the local administration, ministries of Health and University of Nairobi to facilitate study administration and implementation.
- Liaising with administrator with regards to study purchases and any other administrative issues.
- Keeping clear records of all financial transactions
- Keeping the principal investigators updated on all administrative, research and financial activities
- Other duties that maybe given by the Principal Investigator
Duration (3 months on temporary Basis with a possibility to extend for up to 18 months)
