The company seeks to recruit an IT Temp for their Nairobi office.
The overall purpose of the role is to: Responsible for support in IT support services
Minimum Requirements
Recent university graduate Computer Science or Information Technology with no more than 2 years of work experience
Authorized to work in Kenya full-time and without restriction
Must have an advanced fluency in English
A post graduate degree in a relevant field will be an advantage
Less than two years previous work experience

Provide support to the management of IT systems
Provide support in the Implementation of IT policies and plan in all the functions ,activities and processes
Provide support in resolving end user issues related to hardware, network and communication systems and refers serious challenges/problems to superiors and obtain the necessary feedback on how to approach or solve critical issues
