Our client, a medium size Sacco based in Mombasa is seeking to recruit a qualified, dynamic,self-motivated and result oriented individual to fill the position of aSacco Manager.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the holder of the position will have the following duties and responsibilities;
Overall oversight of the operations of the Sacco
Implementing policies on behalf of the Board.
Ensuring efficient allocation and management of Human Resources and other resources
Developing investment Strategies and advising the Board on the same.
Product Development and evaluation to ensure that the society achieves maximum return.
Ensuring that proper Internal Controls are in place.
Ensuring proper Books of Accounts are kept and maintained.
Implement the Sacco’s Strategic Plan

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
Diploma in co-operative management
CPA (K)
A good knowledge of computer packages (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and relevant accounting packages. Knowledge on operating Navision software will be an added advantage.
Experience in a similar position for at least three (3) years
Be of high integrity and with no criminal record
Excellent command in English and Swahili
Able to work independently
Good interpersonal skill
Demonstrated competence in financial management, with strong leadership and a team worker.
