Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified persons for the following vacancies at the Authority.
Key Duties
Coordinating material receipts from suppliers and issuing to contractors
Processing GRN for approval by the Senior Supplies Officer
Leading the stock taking exercise in respective individual storage locations
Preparing stock reports
Coordinating daily stock reconciliations
Coordinating goods returns to the suppliers, and
Supervising storekeepers

Qualifications
B. com, BA in Economics, Business Administration
Post Graduate Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management
Be a member of the Kenya Institute of Supply Management (KISM) or
Be a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supplies (MCIPS
Possess Supervisory skills;
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Team player
Evidence of Computer proficiency
At least five (5) years relevant experience
B. com, BA in Economics, Business Administration
