Operations Management
Supervise warehouse operations
Maintain the warehouse and associated equipment
Generate warehouse activity reports

Implement and review SOPs if required, to reflect current operational practices
Maintain warehouse records

Establish training needs & commit to training plans based on current and expected performance levels / output

Conduct operations’ staff appraisals

Basic Minimum Requirements
Education and Work experience: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, business management, engineering or logistics
Warehouse operations training and experience
Warehouse supervisory skills
Experience in quality management
Experience in general management
Decision–making, problem-solving, creativity
Analytical skills, attention to detail
Ability to interact at a high level with clients, senior management and authorities
Ability to work in a team environment
