Qualifications: Master’s Degree from a recognised university.
General Professional Experience:
1. Over 10 years significant experience working on complex surveys and evaluation projects, especially in the context of Kenya/Africa.
2. Strong qualitative and quantitative skills.
3. Experience leading and managing research teams, particularly in the context of RURAL Kenya/Africa.
4. Experience on the evaluation/survey of a similar programme (Orphans and Vulnerable Children/Cash Transfers).
5. Kiswahili skills.
