1. Digital Manager
Our Kenyan client is a well established E-Commerce Company with a large market share and presence is looking for a Digital Banking Manager. He / she will be reporting to the Head of Digital Banking.
Location: Nairobi – Kenya
Key Responsibilities:
Roll out and support digital banking services to banks.
Launch of new products.
Increase service usage.
Analysis of data, numbers and trends.
Drive transactions and revenue.
Key Qualification:
Must have knowledge and understanding in relationship building with stakeholder in multinational organizations.
Must have managed multiple teams for a minimum of 4 years.
Must have (6 – 10 years experiences) in consulting/business development/entrepreneur.
Must have had P & L responsibility.
Must understand dynamics in mobile commerce, banking and payments.
Previous experience in high end auditing /consultancy firms is preferred.
Must be below 40 years.

2. Head of Digital Content
Location: Nairobi – Kenya
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product i.e. information, music and bulk SMS.
Develop strategies to increase market shares.
Increase revenues as per the business target.
Key Qualification:
Proven marketing and distribution experience.
Must have managed multiple teams for a minimum of 4 years.
Has had P & L responsibility.
Must have (6 – 10 years experiences) in marketing in: multinational FMCG company/premium rate services provider/value added services/mobile network operator.
Must have had P & L responsibility.
Must have knowledge in product management.

3. Head of Digital Banking
Location: Nairobi – Kenya
Key Responsibilities:
Developing new business.
Strategy formulation.
Increase service usage.
Analysis of data, numbers and trends.
Drive transactions and revenue.
Key Qualification:
Must have a proven track record in consulting /business development /entrepreneur (7 – 10 years experience).
Must have knowledge and understanding in relationship building with stakeholder in multinational organizations.
Must have managed multiple teams for a minimum of 4 years.
Has had P & L responsibility.
Understands dynamics in mobile commerce, banking and payments.
Previous experience in high end auditing / consultancy firms is preferred.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 300,000 – 450,000/= depending on experience
