Qualifications:

With specific experience in one of the following areas: Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Environmental Legislation National Environnemental Action Plan Environmental Planning Environmental Public Awareness Environmental Training Environmental Institutional Strengthening Environmental Economics Experts should have the EU nationality, minimum 10 year-experience in Central and Eastern Europe.
