JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for development and implementation of training strategies, plans and processes for the Almasi Commercial teams at bottler level to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales training needs assessment process, annual training plan and post-training evaluation tools.
- Develop the training materials for both company & distributor sales force on: the Selling Process and Skills, Sales force management and Distributor management.
- Coordinate with external trainers to conduct all the training courses on time with quality.
- Liaise with the HR Learning & Development Manager to address performance gaps in the Commercial team
- Undertake regular fieldwork and carry out market audits to ensure the perfect execution and implementation after class room training.
- Follow up and responsible for feedback on all trained staff performance on market execution, training logistics, training budget control and clearance expenses for all training courses and qualification awards.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 5 years experience in Sales & Distribution Management role in the FMCG industry
- Experience in training and development of staff is an advantage

- Extensive knowledge of the FMCG industry and market dynamics
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Very good knowledge in assessing people talents and capabilities and identifying areas for development and the relevant trainings and coaching tools to bridge and/or further develop and build on those talents and capabilities
- Ability to identify market opportunities and develop modules to address wayward trends
- Ability to develop training modules and materials
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good time management & Excellent administration skills
