Roles & Responsibilities
•Receiving and directing incoming guests from the ground floor reception to ensure the guests are directed appropriately, are not inconvenienced and that the required security standards for the firm are met
•Receiving any incoming mail and timely issuance to the mail team for distribution
•Attending to any client queries at the ground floor reception and guide the clients accordingly
•Ensuring that the reception area is well maintained as this creates the first impression, of the firm, to incoming guests
•Timely dispatch of supplier cheques and issuance of outgoing mail collected by hand to identified recipients.
•Adhering to risk management standards when giving contractors access to the firm.
•Providing efficient and responsive switchboard services to internal and external clients.
•Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and channelling them as appropriate.
•Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and other internal clients.
•Operating communication systems such as telephone, switchboard and fax machines effectively. 
Requirements
•A minimum of an Advanced Diploma in any field from a recognized institution.
•Good interpersonal skills and good judgement
•Good oral and written skills
•Positive outgoing personality
•ICT proficiency
•Team player
