A construction company based in western Kenya with projects all over Kenya is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate to the position of Group Mechanical Workshop Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and manage utilisation and maintenance of company plant and equipment.
- Develop competent mechanical workshop staff through effective training programs.
- Establish, implement, and monitor safe working environment practices and procedures.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
The ideal candidate should have;
- At least an ordinary National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 Years working experience, of which 2 years should be at the position of a Workshop Manager in the road construction industry.
- Computer literacy and show ability to use various software applications.
- Knowledge of Fleet Management Applications will be an added advantage.
