Consisting of a pool of Management Consultants and Trainers having an experience of up to 20 years in their respective core competency areas, CRSM undertakes management consultancy, training and research projects and provides total management solutions.
It is a regular feature of the CRSM activities to hold training in the areas of development and humanitarian sector globally. To expand its network of trainers, CRSM is receiving applications and resume of expert trainers from around the globe. CRSM intends to hire the trainers in the following areas:
- International Humanitarian Laws
- Humanitarian Project Management
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning
- Project Design
- Gender mainstreaming in project management
- EU regulations
- USAID regulations
- SPSS and other statistical packages
- Community and resource mobilization
- Training for Refugees and IDPs
- Proposal and Grant writing

- Post graduate degree in relevant field
- 5 years of experience of working in the relevant field in INGO or donor/UN agency
- 5 years of experience of training delivery
- Proficiency in speaking, listening, reading and writing English
- Able and willing to travel to other countries as and when required
- Residents of following countries will be preferred: Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, India, Azerbaijan, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Turkey, Afghanistan, Kenya, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tajikistan, Ethiopia, Uganda, Philippine, UAE, UK, Italy
