Objective of the job:
The Branch Advocate supports the IBM sales and services organizations in the development and execution of the Client opportunities. The candidate needs to provide end-to-end support, starting from providing pre-sales support services executed efficiently on a global basis that enable the IBM sales eco-system to spend more time on revenue and profit generating activities for IBM.
In addition to the accurate and timely support needed, Branch Advocate is required to improve both sellers and client experiences.
Responsibilities:
Initiates improvement actions
Influence and advise management and other professionals on tactical and strategic decisions to meet business objectives
Optimize the organization structure
Manage cooperation with aligned functions and brands
Responsible for attainment of all metrics assigned to Sales Support
Assisting the seller in determining whether an opportunity should be pursued for one off unique situations. Responsible for cataloguing one off discussions/decisions
Contribute to optimizing the organization structure
Manage cooperation with aligned functions and brands
Does analysis & reporting on efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales Support with help of Sales Transaction Support Operations Team.
Facilitates improvement actions
Networks with other Hubs to ensure consistent treatment of tools
Identify, assess, evaluate and document risk factors and changes that affect metrics.
Must have Willingness to work flexibly, as the role involves occasional shifts and overtime toward quarter-end.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- At least 5 years experience in Business / Management / Social Sciences / Other
- English: Fluent
