The international HIV/AIDS Alliance is seeking to employ a suitable person for the Monitoring and Evaluation officer
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for leading and coordinating M&E activities and deliverables for the Sexual Health and Rights Programme(SHARP) in Kenya, Zimbabwe, Uganda and Tanzania. He/she will work in close collaboration with the TS Hub Manager and SHARP Regional Advisor. Main duties include development of M&E work plan, tools and guidelines and ensuring uptake by programme teams. The M&E Programme Officer will facilitate training/ capacity building and learning/ knowledge sharing among programme teams as well as coordinate programme-related data collection working alongside the Alliance Linking Organisations (LOs) in the four programme countries and their community-based partner organisations (CBOs)
