Role Summary/Purpose
Participates in the daily operations of managing Administration Support, Call center, and Logistics
Essential Responsibilities
Call Center
Call-center representatives, or customer-service representatives,
•Typically work at call center
•Call center specialists are expected to have the knowledge, understanding and experience to handle Customer requests.
•Responsibility to provide excellent Customer service
•Handle customer requests and concerns professionally
•Screens incoming and outgoing calls to ensure quality, customer service, and adherence to the policies and procedures of the organization.
•Provides feedback to assist in the creation of performance improvement goals and the development of training programs.
•Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
•To increase the sales of the company through leads. They interact with customers through the telephone, email or fax
Logistics
•Continuous internal communication with global pole managers/transportation teams
•Analysis of transportation spend and tie to the financial ledger
•Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders
•Primary contact for global affiliates in reference to the logistics process
•Responsible for timely, accurate and complete record keeping
•Support warehousing optimization/Lean projects
Administration
•Proactively support internal customer by independently handling all assigned administrative duties and taking direction from and balancing the needs of multiple staff members.
•Providing administrative support to clients through effectively maintaining and coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, telephone coverage (if needed), filing, processing and reconciling T&L expense accounts, handling various purchases and making AP invoice arrangements.
•Schedule, plan and organize all logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings, training and events.
•Provide general office administrative services.
Qualifications/Requirements
•Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Prior demonstrated experience working in a Customer service/Logistics/Adminitration role.
•Demonstrated understanding of the product area as it relates to the customer segment
•Demonstrated analytical thinking/problem solving ability
•Ability to think clearly and quickly and empathize in high-pressure clinical situations
•Tenacity & creativity in handling customer issues
•Proven ability to work on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
•Excellent project management, communication and analytical skills
•Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
•Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
