COOPI is seeking to recruit a Project Manager experienced in WASH sector.
Project: ECHO Water Emergency Intervention North Darfur State, Republic of Sudan

Descrizione e requisiti

Foreseen Results
  1. Project activities accomplished on time.
  2. Project human resources guaranteed and functioning for the activities.
  3. Projects reports written
Responsibilities:
— Coordination and monitoring of the project activities;
— Supervision and monitoring of the staff activities in the project. Responsible for any on-the-job training addressed to the project staff;
— Ordinary contacts with operational and institutional interlocutors involved in the implementation of the project. Attendance to the coordination meetings;
— First formulation of the project implementation documents:
· Periodic operating plans, integrations and following extensions
· Modification requests to be approved by the donor
— Execution of the following administrative responsibilities and functions:
· Working up of the monthly expenses forecast, together with the local administrator, for the fund remittance by Milan Headquarters
· Identification and supervision of the financial and economic commitments necessary to the project implementation
· Purchases
— Monthly report about the project progresses to the country coordinator in Sudan;
— Preparation and presentation of the reports for the donor as per project contract.
Contract length: 1st October 2014 – 30th April 2015
Location: Um Kadadah, Malha, Mellit, El Fashir province, North Darfur, Sudan.
