Postbank is seeking to hire a results oriented and experienced individual for the Customer Relation Officer/Cashier position.
Applying candidates should have 2 years working experience in Customer service, a C in KCSE and a C in English and mathematics.
You should also have a diploma in Business Management /Administration/Marketing/Banking or a related Business field from a recognized institution and a Certificate in customer care/public relation/communication or equivalent
Successful applicant will be in charge of coordinating customer relation activities and ensuring provision of quality customer service the person will also be required to ensure proper counter procedure and methods of safety, custody, accuracy and maintenance of cash and related assets at the counter.
