SWG Services Client Solutioning leader

The Client Solutioning Leader (CSL) reports to the Lab Director

The CSL is a bridge between the field teams (and the lab delivery team in Cairo/Kenya/World Wide.

The person will be responsible for proactively engaging with field teams in the territory on the ground and ensuring timely support required for positioning Software Group products in the solution is provided
Including Proof of Concept, Demo, Estimation, response to Request for Proposal, Solutioning, engagement structuring. The CSL will be measured on effectiveness of teaming with Field teams, response, influenced revenue, utilization of the labs
The position will require good English communication skills. 
Should have the ability to estimate and create proposals independently working with sales or directly with customers in the region. 

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years experience in IBM SWG product portfolio across brands
  • At least 4 years experience in Extension Solution Architecture skills
  • At least 4 years experience in putting together proposals for fixed prices
  • At least 4 years experience in Client Engagement/Management skills and Scoping engagements
  • English: Fluent

Preferred
  • Other Sciences
  • At least 5 years experience in IBM SWG product portfolio across brands
  • At least 5 years experience in Extension Solution Architecture skills
  • At least 5 years experience in putting together proposals for fixed prices
  • At least 5 years experience in Client Engagement/Management skills and Scoping engagements
