SALES ATTENDANT
QUALIFICATIONS:

• KCE Division IV/KCSE Mean Grade D (Plain) and above
• Certificate in Sales and Management or related field
• At least two (2) years experience in Sales and Marketing in the Petroleum industry
• Computer literate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieving the set sales target
• Ascertaining customer needs
• Providing  excellent customer service by developing a good knowledge of the merchandise varieties, location and promotions
• Responding to queries and issues raised by customers
• Gathering information on various special needs of the customers and communicating the same to management

Copies of certificates and testimonials should also be enclosed giving the names and addresses of three (3) referees who are conversant with the applicant’s competence in area of specialization.
