Sales Admin Executive - 2

 Responsibility• Responsible for supporting account managers, BDMs and PMs on sales related activities and collects required information from the team for internal consolidation, compliance and reporting and report to Manager - Sales Administration 

• Should provide sales admin support to AMs, BDMs, and PMs on opportunities/tenders by organizing meetings/calls, providing administrative support, frequent updates, monitoring progress, and following up with the key stakeholders

• Should provide direct support to field sales and practice team members on bids, proposals and tender submissions with organizing calls, reminders, follow ups, status updates, etc. 

• Must be able to monitor and provide sales activity reports from the field sales/practice team

• Should supports sale efforts by guiding and administering sales operations; monitoring and reporting sales results

• Should improve communication between sales and practice by ensuring that there is seamless information flow and collaboration across various key stakeholders
 
Requirement• Graduate or equivalent degree

• 3 - 6 years of verifiable work relevant experience
