Human Resource Audit Career


  • The objective of the consultancy is to undertake a physical verification of all employees to identify non-existent employees and provide recommendation to strengthen controls.
    The specific objectives of this assignment are to:
  • Evaluate the current organizational structure and roles and assess Human Resource levels against approved establishment.
  • Identify skills gap under the current job replacement
  • Ascertain correctness of payroll records through head counts
  • Make recommendation on the optimal human resource requirements
    Consultants will be selected in accordance to Public Procurement and Disposal Act and be issued with a Request for proposal (REP) document with clear terms of reference.
    Only those bidders that comply with the mandatory requirements listed above shall be considered and issued with RFP document.
    Completed expression of interest documents marked Original and Copy to be submitted in plain sealed envelopes, marked on top with names of item applied for and addressed to ;

    Proposals must be submitted by 10.00 a.m. on 12th August, 2013 and bidders or their representatives may attend the opening at the Board Room located at Kiambu County Government temporary offices in Thika, Town Hall.
