The said candidate is to perform 2 roles as a Help Desk Engineer (Junior Level) and Customer Support (Senior Level).
Requirements
Excellent telephone skills and neutral accent
Excellent written communication skills & high level of comprehension
Must have an understanding of POP3/SMTP/FTP/HTTP Protocols
Have an understanding of DNS & Domain name registration, internet and how it functions
Have an understanding of WIFI connectivity with phones, tablets, PCs, MACs and other devices
Must have knowledge of windows & applications commonly used on home computers
Must have knowledge of Apple MAC computers and applications, mobile devices (phones & tablets) email & wifi setup
Knowledge of VOIP & how it functions
Ability to learn about new communication technologies as required
Up-to-date technical knowledge, good analytical & problem solving skills
Must keep good accurate records and have excellent time management skills
