Manager HR Administration
Responsible for:
Ensuring effective and efficient recruitment process, administration of welfare and benefit programmes and maintenance of payroll.
Tasks and Outputs:
Plan, direct and control implementation of the Authority’s staff welfare and benefits programmes;
Regularly review the Authority’s welfare and benefits plans against industry trends and best practice and identify and recommend areas for improvement;
Oversee dissemination of information on the Authority’s welfare and benefits schemes;
Provide effective leadership to the welfare and benefits teams
Provide information, data, statistics and internal reports on welfare and benefits for senior
management consideration;
Provide key input in the formulation of departmental strategies and operational plans and support implementation and monitoring of the same;
Oversee the maintenance of all HR records;
Manage the administration of the Human Resource Information System;
Oversee salary administration and payroll management;
Oversee recruitment, transfers and deployment of staff; and
Defining the compensation strategy and policy and implementing the same.
Skills Required
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferably in social Sciences / Human Resource Management / Business
A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
Membership to a professional body (IHRM)
Minimum years of experience
5-8 years’ experience gained in a managerial role or professional/technical capacity and relevant specialization
