Responsible for:
Development and Management of HR plans strategy and projects execution
Tasks and Outputs:
Monitoring and evaluation of divisions programs as well as impact assessment;
Formulating strategies and developing strategic plans for the development and implementation of programs that promote human resource efficiency;
Oversee development of work plans, reports and budgets;
Ensure project implementation and delivery on time and within budget
Carry out research and data analysis on the subject matter of interest to the Authority Human Resource and develop first draft paper;
Carry out workforce demand and supply forecasting and submit proposal for approval;
Research best practice to enable best design of HR policies;
Oversee Development and review of HR Policies;
Ensure maintenance of staff establishments, and organization structures;
Ensure that HR Policies, frameworks and procedures comply with legislative requirements;
Benchmark and modernize staff terms and conditions, remuneration and benefits; and
Identify current and future HR needs for the Authority.
Skills Required
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferably in social Sciences / Human Resource Management / Business
A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
Higher
Diploma in Human Resource Management
Membership to a professional body (IHRM)
Minimum years of experience
5-8 years’ experience gained in a managerial role or professional/technical capacity and relevant specialization

information;

Computer proficiency in the standard packages – MS Office;

Effective interpersonal skills and delivery techniques to interact with, engage and inspire his/her
team;
Proactive and self driven with a capability of building teams.
