The Management Trainees will undergo a 24 month intensive in-house structured training/mentoring program after which the successful candidates will be posted to management positions across all the counties as the Authority has a national duty.

Be a holder of a Bachelors degree from a recognized university in any of the following areas;
I. Civil, mechanical or electrical engineering

III. Quantity Surveying
IV. Law
V. ICT

VIII. Actuarial Science Possession of relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage
In addition, they must have obtained a minimum of B+ (Plus) in KCSE or its equivalent.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to network and develop strong relations within the Construction Industry.
Have strong customer focus, entrepreneurial skills, commercial thinking, problem solving and analysis, creativity and innovation.
Have strong leadership and change management skills.
Be flexible, resilient, energetic and dynamic.
Areas of responsibility include; Team leadership – realize individual/team energy through effective team leadership - empowering and developing others to deliver.
Customer service – drive a customer service excellence culture.
Operations management – Efficient planning and management of resources to achieve cost effective service delivery.

Governance and Compliance - ensure all operational activities are compliant to the laid down legislative, industry or Authority’s policy/requirements.
Financial Management - – Efficient planning and management of financial resources to achieve cost effective service delivery.
Safety - Ensure safe and secure working environment in compliance with legislative and industry requirements.
Stakeholder relationship management - Pro-actively and effectively manage relationships with all stakeholders – internal and external to positively influence service delivery with them.
