La Pieve Limited: We are a leading Group of Safari Lodges based in Naivasha; looking to recruit a dynamic, self- motivated and results driven individual to fill the position of Sales and Marketing Manager.
Overall job purpose:
The successful candidate will be required to sell and market our properties both locally and internationally.

In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to perform the following core functions:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Responsible for day to day sales
- In charge of all advertising, branding and promotional activities
- In charge of Sanctuary and Lodges websites and social media pages
- Create customer-base
- Gathering of marketing intelligence
- Liaison with external sales agencies including tour operators, corporates, UN agencies, Government, Non-Government for purposes of generating business and maintaining good working relations.
- Budgeting and Business planning responsibilities for the sales and marketing department
- Actively promoting the lodges through networking and PR opportunities.
- Attend all key relevant social events and familiarization trips
- Formulation and set up of sales and marketing policies
- Managing all accounts and ensuring all revenue and business opportunity with them are maximized
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry
- Degree/diploma in Business and Hospitality from a recognized institution
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills with good command of the English language
- Must have market knowledge and intelligence of Hotel industries both local and international
