The Global Crop Diversity Trust is seeking candidates for the position of Communication Intern.
Under the supervision of the Communications Manager, the Intern will provide support to a dynamic P&C Team, where he/she will gain hands-on experience in international communications. He/she will be based at the Trust's offices in Bonn, Germany. The specific responsibilities of the internship may include:

The Internship will be for a period of 3 months with possibility of renewal. Hours are negotiable. The 3-months Internship is unpaid. Depending on organizational needs and performance the intern may be extended on a temporary contract, which includes a stipend. The Intern must posses the right to live and work in Germany. Interns are required to possess health care coverage that is acceptable to the German authorities. The Crop Trust can provide information on an acceptable health care plan.
The Internship offers young, outstanding undergraduate students (or recent graduates) an opportunity to acquire direct practical experience at the Crop Trust. As a Crop Trust Intern, you will be given specific tasks to carry out on your own under the guidance of a supervisor. This will give you an insight into the work of the Crop Trust and allow you to build your portfolio with clear outputs to demonstrate competency with hands-on experience of the working world. Through this experience you will gain experience in working with a multi- disciplinary team and learn about the day-to-day business of an international organization. The Crop Trust will provide a certificate of participation to interns who have successfully completed their assignment.
