Duties and Responsibilities
· Processing and facilitating travel arrangements, claims and expenses
· Booking of meeting, conference, workshop and training venues
· Facilitating conference calls, couriers, flights, booking hotels
· Office paper filing where necessary, printing, photocopying, binding, scanning documents
· Maintain a petty cash ledger
· Keep the Office clean
· Look after office assets
· Plan stationery, stock take and manage a web based/spread sheet or electronic filing system
· Undertake general administrative functions
· Manage and maintain the organization's car
