REQUEST FOR CONSULTANTS
The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Somalia is an International Non-Governmental Organization registered in Kenya and operating in Somalia. ADRA Somalia is seeking services of experienced consultants to develop its Strategic Plan.
The main objective of the consultancy is to facilitate strategy development for ADRA Somalia’s 2017 to 2020 programs.
Scope of Work
- To review the 2013-2016 strategic plan
- Develop 2017-2020 strategic plan
- Review the existing organogram and fit it into the strategic plan.
Qualifications and Expertise of the Consultants:
· Minimum of postgraduate degree in the related field.
· Over 7 years’ experience in facilitating strategic planning processes for INGO engaged in both emergency and developmental programs.
· Knowledge and experience of using participatory approaches and innovative facilitation techniques.
