The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) invites Consultants and Consultancy Companies to submit proposal for :
“Consultancy for Review of the 8th Pan African Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies”

Deadline for submission of proposals is 23 May 2016 at 10:00 CET (local Geneva time)
Please note that your proposal must be received prior to above mentioned deadline and forwarded by e-mail to geneva.bidreceiving@ifrc.org
Bids that do not conform to IFRC requirements as set out in the attached documents, or that are received after the deadline will not be considered.
