Provision of an off shelf Document Management System (DMS) with ability to;
• Securely store documents in any format and access them anywhere through any device.
• Allow tracking of document history from who accessed the documents, at what time and the edits made.
• Provides exceptional security and guarantee reliable access to stored documents, and controlling they are shared
• The consultant firm shall be responsible for developing COOPIs knowledge DMS; it shall be dynamic and web-based as per the specification provided by COOPI.
• The consultant shall sign a non disclosure agreement and maintain confidentiality on any information accessed from the Institution knowledge database or provided by COOPI, this shall apply even after the end of contract.
• The consultant firm shall make timely presentation of the DMS to COOPI during the implementation process so that the final product is acceptable to COOPI
• The consultant firm shall install the DMS, upload documents and demonstrate the functionality of the database to COOPI for final approval
• The consultant firm shall provide a minimum 6 months back up service from the date of delivery of the DMS to COOPI
• The consultant firm shall provide training on use of the DMS to all COOPI end users

HOW TO APPLY:
• Interest candidates should submit an expression of interest cover letter with a proposal in English language in electronic form detailing individual/ organizational profile (identity and contacts, work experience, etc), and technical offer and summary profiles, budget breakdown, availability.
