EABL’s Early Career Internship Program (ECIP) is an improved 3 month internship program designed to give university/college students challenging work assignments, developmental feedback, and exposure to leadership.  The program combines hands on experience with formal performance feedback to help participants transition from a collegial environment to the workplace.
ECIP is open to university/college students of various disciplines including, Sales/Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Communications, Legal, Information Technology, and more.
As a valuable member of our team, ECIP participants will receive many benefits including:

ECIP Locations
EABL will recruit high potential students to work within its designated business units/markets within East Africa twice every year.

Candidate Criteria
  • College/University student
  • Authorized to work in your country full-time and without restriction
  • Must have an advanced to fluent level of English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Demonstrated team player
  • Confident self-starter who has demonstrated drive
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Mandatory Requirements:

Letter from institution indicating you are a student there and/ or require internship as part of requirement for course completion.

Personal Accident insurance cover for the period of the internship

Copy of National Identity Card.

The internship is for a fixed period of three months without extension.
