Programme Officer, East Africa

Deaf Child Worldwide is recruiting a Programme Officer, based in Nairobi, to strengthen the quality and impact of our East Africa programme which covers Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. The main purpose of the role is:
  • To support partner organisations to strengthen their organisational and project cycle management processes, systems, and tools and ensuring that they assess the impact of their work with deaf children, youth, and their families
  • To provide budgetary and financial support to the East of Africa programme
  • To provide programmatic support, to develop, monitor and review current and prospective partnerships in line with our guidelines.
This is a one year fixed term consultancy post with the possibility of extension.
