Job Description	Human Resources is about creating a winning organisation: generating outstanding business performance through the development of people and teams. So how would you do this? What will you do? You’ll undertake three placements to get a well-rounded view of our people, including time at head office, a factory and an expertise team. Beyond your usual placements, there’s also scope for you to work as a site HR Manager, take on international projects and shape future HR practices from within an Expertise Team. Wherever in the business you work, you’ll be building up experience of culture change, employee relations, leadership development and much more, getting an up close and personal view of HR at Unilever. You will be fully supported in studying for the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualification Who is it for? Key Responsibilities	Business Partnering - Identify business needs for developing, managing and implementing growth strategies. Review structure, culture, people and capabilities. HR Services - Learn to manage services such as payroll, recruitment, pensions and benefits. Track, monitor and manage service performance. Expertise - Learn about and develop policies, processes, systems and tools to attract, select and develop the best talent.
Qualifications	Minimum of a Bachelors degree (2nd upper class Honours) Strong Business Motivation to work  Not more than 26 years old at the time of application  Good analytical skills, willingness to learn and strong aptitude for communication skills.  Passion to grow and to grow the business.
Travel Required	25% - 50%
