FINANCE MANAGER – BUDGETS AND REPORTING
TMEA is seeking to recruit a high calibre, results-oriented and self-driven experienced professional to join our Corporate Services team in the position of Finance Manager.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the preparation of budgets in accordance with TMEA guidelines. S/he is responsible for financial and management reporting in line with both internal and external stakeholders’ requirements. S/he will implement, monitor and evaluate budget policies and procedures and make recommendations.
The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree preferably a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or Finance and be a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) or possess an equivalent professional accounting qualification. S/he will have a minimum of seven years’ experience in financial management and at least three years’ experience in middle level management. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, organized, conscientious, with high attention to detail and possess the ability to communicate effectively. The Finance Manager will be based in Nairobi, Kenya with occasional travel within East Africa.
