Vacancy: Space Planner / CAD Technician
Responsibilities
As a space Planner/CAD Technician with 5 years’ experience, your work will be drafting, clearing drawings, polylining areas according to industry standards, uploading floor plans in CAD platform and generating different platforms.
You will be required to work for 8 hours in 5 days in a week.
Key Criteria of the Space Planner
It is essential that you have experience in office design or space planning with a strong portfolio to support this.
You will be fully confident in using the following soft wares;
1. Auto CAD (3D Auto CAD (2007-2011)
2. Arch CAD
3. Atlantis
4. 3D Studio Max
5. Photoshop
6. Sketchup
Able to produce detailed architectural drawings and you must be familiar with the By-laws. As this role is due immediately, you must be available immediately.
