In this project,SC will undertake a study on barriers to the using the established feedback/Complaint and Response mechanisms with a view of addressing the barriers. This will be done through a participatory action research where community members, their leaders and SC will dialogue and identify ways to improve accountability that are practical and sensitive to the social consequences. The research will involve children such that child friendly methods for sharing information, increasing participation and handling feedback and complaints from children that are sensitive to the context are developed. Through a process of implementing actions from the research and reflection on results, effective approaches will be identified to form the model for the community led accountability system
