Child Rights Governance (CRG)
Child Rights Governance is one of the five thematic areas of Save the Children Somalia/Somaliland (SCISOM) programme. The thematic programme aims at strengthening state institutions and mechanisms for the implementation and monitoring of children’s rights and increasing awareness and capacity of civil society and children to promote children’s rights. One of the sub-thematic intervention in the CRG work in SCISOM is Investment in Children (IiC) focusing on child friendly budgeting
Study on child budget analysis and trends in the education sector are one of the project activities in the revised CREPS II project. The purpose of this consultancy work, therefore, is as part of accomplishing the activity in the project plan.
How to apply:

- Detailed response to ToR, with specific focus addressing the scope of work, methodology to be used and key selection criteria
- Initial work plan based on methodology outlined, and availability of applicant
- Company profile or CV including a minimum of 3 references
Detailed budget breakdown based on expected daily rates and initial work plan
