Conservation Management Training Program

AWF is now accepting applications for the 2014–2016 class of the Conservation Management Training Program (CMTP). CMTP is an intensive program that offers recent master’s degree graduates the opportunity to launch their careers in African conservation while working alongside AWF’s conservation leaders both at the organization’s Nairobi headquarters and in priority landscapes across Africa. CMTP graduates are well positioned to take on long-term roles within AWF and will receive special consideration for employment with the organization throughout their careers.
