How to apply:
Completed pre-qualification documents must be submitted enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, mark with the tender name and reference number of the category being applied for, and deposited in the tender box at Office reception between 8.30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday and must be received on or before 18th February 2014 at 5.00 pm. Suppliers currently doing business with Plan International Inc., Kenya office should re-apply for this pre-qualification. • The tenderers are required to submit pre-qualification request per tender category in separate envelopes if the tenderer is interested in more than one category. Multiple tenders sealed in one envelope will be disqualified from further review and consideration. Each tender envelope must be clearly marked with the tender category reference code number; the supplier is applying for pre-qualification. • Any tender document received after the deadline will be disqualified. • Tenderers must register their tender documents in the reception book at reception before dropping them in the box.
