As Kenblest looks to the future they are modernizing their infrastructure, products, branding, marketing, distribution, beginning new ventures and developing a Senior Management Team.
Kenblest wish to attract the best people who can bring something unique to the brand, grow the production function and develop Internationally recognized standards. The Head Baker & Miller will be responsible for all areas of Production, Process, Quality, Cost and the Increased Volume of loaves per day at the Kenblest Ltd Mill and Bakery and be a main driver as part of this new vision.
The Head Baker & Miller will:
-Report to the CEO on all matters concerning the Bakery and Mill.
-Manage a Team of Supervisors, Maintenance, Mechanical and Production staff.
-Operate as part of a Senior Management Team with the HR Manager on Health and Safety, Performance and Recruitment matters and the Sales Manager on matters concerning Sales and Distribution.
Collaboration, Team Work, Energy, Experience, Innovation and Vision are all important qualities that Kenblest look for in their Senior Management Team. We are interested to engage with applicants who have an international background, feel comfortable to bring about positive change and introduce new practices to Preventive Maintenance, if they are required, for example.
The objectives for the Bakery and Mill are clear for the first 30, 60, 90 Days and then 6-24 Months.
