RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop new and improve existing M&E systems to analyze trends and promote knowledge dissemination, reporting, communications, and improvements to program implementation efforts

• Contribute to the creation of handbooks that capture and describe key attributes and integral processes of Dignitas Project's teacher training and leadership development model
• Participate in the development of strategic work plans for each program activity
• Support the expansion of Dignitas Project's programs into new communities by conducting community scoping, collecting data, and evaluating opportunities
• Initiate and build strong school and community partnerships
• Provide assistance to senior leadership at Dignitas Project by documenting promising approaches and key challenges for continuous improvement
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience and passion for serving marginalized, urban communities
• Track record of success in roles requiring execution of multiple tasks while responding to multiple priorities
• Minimum of two years experience in education, community development, or other non-profit organization
• International development experience preferred
• Experience in project management
