The new position of Transport and Distribution Manager will be responsible for management, distribution and efficiency of a fleet of approximately 120 vehicles within a 300km radius of Thika. ROI focuses on vehicle utilisation, lean operational process, reduced cost per KM and expansion of the distribution network in conjunction with the Sales team. In addition, developments to the ERP System now allow for the Fleet and Distribution Centre to be managed professionally, including the management of finance for Parts.
The Transport and Distribution Manager should feel confident in communicating with all levels of the business. Interacting with Sales, Customers, Drivers and Directors.
