HR Relationship Manager-CB

To add value to the strategic direction, planning, and performance of the business and the HR community, ensuring that they are complementary in approach.
•Ensure Maintenance of a healthy business environment through strict Compliance with Kenya Labour Laws and Group polices

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1.Support the Business in setting strategy, direction and objectives, and leading the challenge on key performance indicators

2.Challenge the performance and business strategy of Consumer Banking

3.Facilitate the implementation of business plans for CB

4.Identify, interpret and apply key performance indicators and coach business managers to use these indicators for competitive advantage

5.Interpret and evaluate business performance to shape future direction and educate the business to enhance shareholder value

6.Provide proactive involvement in business ‘change’ programmes

7.Provide advisory and consultancy support to the business management team

Qualifications & Skills

•A university degree in Human Resources Management or a Professional Qualification in HR Management
•A minimum of 3 three years experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and Procedures.
•A Good understanding of Banking.
•Proficiency in Computer and a good knowledge of HR Operating Systems.
•Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal Skills.
