Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Main scope of work comprising competitor analysis, positioning and sales strategy / customer value assessment as well as technical system consultancy.
Participating in BU strategy planning and execution
Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Manage sales projects and key deals based on product, services, solutions, technology or domain etc.
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Planning and conduct technical presentations and demonstration on products.
Interfacing the product line and the demand and supply chain to make sure the best business support is provided, pre and post sales.
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
Closing business opportunity within shortest sales cycle
Competitive intelligence gathering
Building relationship with customer team
Analyze complex customer requirements, lobby customer with optimum solution.
Provide business and sales support for selected deals
Contribute to business knowledge transfer for products/services/solutions within the department

Job Summary:
Overall supervision of all aspects of wireless site development from search ring issued through lease and zoning permitting I complete Interface with RF, Operations, Network Design and Construction to meet the goals and objectives required
The position Includes responsibility for outside vendor selection when applicable
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the site acquisition process relating to leasing, survey orders, title orders, zoning, and zoning drawings
Perform site walks at candidate sites and determine leasing and zoning feasibility
Ensure that all regulatory requirements are followed
Ensure all leasing and zoning related milestones are entered into the project tracker system in a timely manner
Work with the client to coordinate all aspects of zoning documents
Must have general knowledge and understanding of requirements to lease the required amount of land for tower site locations, rooftops or raw land areas
Must have general knowledge and understanding of requirements to submit a zoning application - (must have local Jurisdiction Input) supporting documentation, RF emissions, photo simulations, zoning drawings, equipment specifications, etc
Review zoning conditions and ensure proper documentation Is Incorporated Into final Construction drawings
Review zoning and construction drawings as part of the red line process to ensure new site development is documented and designed within Customer requirements
Deliver operational new sites for market deployment in a timely manner to meet overall market goals and objectives
Must have good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with co-workers, subordinates and superiors in a professional mannerDesirable skills and Experience
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Land Economics and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Industrial Design.
Must have five or more (5+) years of experience handling real estate transactions, including knowledge and familiarity with leases, easements, title, survey, engineering and contract matters.
Must have proven ability to work independently using discretion, good judgment, and personal motivation.
Proven to be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Must be fully competent in using office productivity applications, such as Microsoft Office software, Microsoft 365/Sharepoint and ADOBE.
