We are now expanding our Talent Pool for Field Activations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating visibility for Unilever brands at the point of purchase by implementing channel blue print to deliver business objectives
- Implement channel blue print at the POP to bring the brands alive
- Train and coach merchandisers on the job to deliver to precision
- Set channel targets and provide direction to merchandisers
- Provide the business with field intelligence report on competition and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit price positioning statement for assigned territory and report to the business
- Manage third party activation team to improve visibility of Unilever products as per required planogram.
- Optimize promotional sell-out within channels through activations through flawless execution.
- Ensure the availability of the right product assortment at the right channel and at the right price.
- Monitor and review shop score with merchandisers to deliver sales fundamentals
- Manage trade promotions in assigned territory
- Build relationship with channel operators
- University Degree from a reputable institution
- At least 3 years experience in Brand Building. FMCG an added advantage
- Good Interpersonal and Relationship management skills.
- Negotiation skills.
