[Talent Pool] Key Accounts Manager

Unilever implements a proactive approach in expanding our Talent Pool - to reach out to prospective candidates while we don't have a current vacancy so that when an opportunity eventually arises, we will promptly get in contact to share more.

We are now expanding our Talent Pool for Key Accounts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and grow key accounts in local territory in line with financial and product goals.
  • Developing, agreeing and implementing business development strategies, regular client business reviews, price negotiations and overall account management
  • Effectively manage key account trading terms and monitor gwoth plans
  • Develop and co-ordinate product promotional initiatives to grow key account business
  • Where appropriate, develop and manage customised solutions and concepts
  • Ensure all the management reports for measuring and reporting business performance are integrated, accurate, reliable and on time
  • Provide financial and non-financial information to facilitate timely and accurate decisions making on business operations
  • Undertake necessary activity with customers and distributors including trade shows, demonstrations, product launch events etc


  • Key Skills and Qualification


    • University graduate
    • 5 years experience in sales, preferably as account manager
    • Broad knowledge in consumer goods
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Passion for Growth – to demonstrate vision to reach outstanding growth levels, results driven
    • Break through thinking – Apply insight and trends for business development
    • Leadership and team commitment – to demonstrate high effectiveness in team leadership
    • Develop self and others – Strong interpersonal skills
    • Seizing the future – Take decisive action to create business improvements
