UNICEF Somalia Office invites proposals from reputable accounting firms experienced in performing assessments similar to micro assessment and assessing risks related to organizational financial management capacity (i.e. accounting, reporting, procurement and internal controls), to undertake capacity assessment/assurance activities of its implementing partners.
The overall scope of work for this consultancy will be (i) capacity assessments - to include micro-assessments and macro-assessments; and (ii) assurance activities - to include scheduled audits (financial and internal control), special audits and spot checks of partners implementing programmes in Somalia.
