1. Library Assistant (1 Post)
Requirements:
Diploma in Library and Information Sciences and KCE Div. III or KCSE C+
At least 3 years relevant work experience preferably in an automated university or research library system
Certificate in ICT or comparable experience of at least 2 years
Must be a good team player capable of fostering a cooperative work environmentKey Responsibilities:
Assist users, utilize print and electronic information resources
Maintain and update library database
Handle general reference queries

Requirements
Diploma in Catering
At least 3 years experience working in a busy catering establishment and preparing a la carte dishes
Must be a good team player capable of fostering a cooperative work environmentKey Responsibilities:
Production of healthy food in various stations as designated to meet quality and quantity
Supervision of kitchen staff and directing meal preparation
Estimating food requirements and ordering food together with other supplies
Portioning, arranging, and garnishing food; serving food to waiters or guests
Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
Development of new recipes3. Cook (1 Post)
Requirements
Minimum of a Certificate in Food Production
At least 3 years experience working in a catering establishment (mostly in an institution)
Must be a good team player capable of fostering a cooperative work environmentKey Responsibilities:
Production of healthy food in various stations as designated to meet quality and quantity
Portioning, arranging, and garnishing food; serving food to waiters or guests
Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
