Purpose of the Programme:
Support the strengthening of central and county capacities in the responsible transfer and use of resources for the achievement of local economic development at county level.
Qualifications and Skills
The expelts must have a Masters degree in the Social Sciences or Business Studies. Working experience in Kenya as well as an understanding of Kiswahili would be an advantage. Fluency inspoken and written English is a prerequisite.
General professional experience
• Professional experience in procurement of services.
• Knowledge and working experience with project cycle and financial management.
• Experience in project monitoring especially in public financial management.
• Knowledge and working experience with project cycle and financial management.

Specific professional experience
• At least three (3) years of operational experience in programmes of technical assistance
and project management.
• At least three (3) years of experience in work in an advisory capacity at the decentralised
level of government.
• At least three ( 3) years of work in project management

• At least three ( 3) years of work in project management
Length of project: 2 years
